Adjointe Administrative

Vous détenez de l’expérience comme adjointe administrative et recherchez de nouveaux défis dans la région de Montréal. Joignez-vous à notre équipe dynamique!

Horaire de travail :

Lundi au vendredi de 8 :30 à 17 :00 (40h/semaine)

Principales tâches :

  • Préparation de la documentation nécessaire pour répondre aux exigences des appels d’offre;
  • Organiser et planifier de façon efficiente les horaires des équipes de travail;
  • Travailler en équipe afin de bien gérer les temps et budgets accordés pour chaque projet;
  • Résoudre divers problèmes de gestion avec une approche systématique.

NOS EXIGENCES :

  • Excellentes habiletés rédactionnelles et verbales en français et en anglais;
  • Solides habiletés de communication et relations interpersonnelles;
  • Expérience minimale de 3 ans dans un poste similaire;-Bonne connaissance de la Suite Office (Word, Excel et Outlook);
  • DEC en administration ou diplôme supérieur;
  • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse;
  • Autonome.

Ventilation Duct Sanitation Technician

Your main responsibility will be to clean and sanitize ventilation systems, either manually or with the use of a robot. The work is carried out in and around the island of Montreal, at times outside Montreal.

Are you looking for a variety of tasks? Are you good at manual work, physically fit and resourceful? Do you like varying schedules? We’re looking for someone just like you! Schedules available for day/evening/night work, full or part-time, during the week or weekend.

Our business is growing fast; we need to expand our teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least three years experience.
  • ASP Health and Safety on Construction Sites certification card.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Autonomy and abilities in team leadership.
  • Knowledge of ventilation plan reading.

If your skills exceed our requirements, your salary might be adjusted accordingly.

Ventilation cleaning attendant

Your main responsibility will be to clean and sanitize ventilation systems, either manually or with the use of a robot. The work is carried out in and around the island of Montreal, at times outside Montreal.

No training required. Candidates can be selected to receive free training in the workplace with the help of the Workplace Learning Program (PAMT: Programme d’apprentissage en milieu de travail). A certificate of competence is delivered by Emploi-Québec at the end of the training period.

You must be good at manual work, physically fit and enjoy team work.

Work schedules for day/evening/night work, full or part-time, during the week or weekend.

ASP Health and Safety on Construction Sites certification card will be an asset.
