Administrative Assistant

Do you have experience as an administrative assistant and are you looking for new challenges in the Montreal area? Join our dynamic team!

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (40h/week)

Main tasks:

  • Preparation of the necessary documentation to meet the requirements of the calls for tenders;
  • Efficiently organizing and scheduling work teams;
  • Working as a team in order to properly manage the time and budget allocated to each project;
  • Solving various management problems with a systematic approach.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • DEC in administration or higher diploma;
  • Ability to analyze and summarize;

Ventilation Duct Sanitation Technician

Your main responsibility will be to clean and sanitize ventilation systems, either manually or with the use of a robot. The work is carried out in and around the island of Montreal, at times outside Montreal.

Are you looking for a variety of tasks? Are you good at manual work, physically fit and resourceful? Do you like varying schedules? We’re looking for someone just like you! Schedules available for day/evening/night work, full or part-time, during the week or weekend.

Our business is growing fast; we need to expand our teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least three years experience.
  • ASP Health and Safety on Construction Sites certification card.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Autonomy and abilities in team leadership.
  • Knowledge of ventilation plan reading.

Ventilation cleaning attendant

Your main responsibility will be to clean and sanitize ventilation systems, either manually or with the use of a robot. The work is carried out in and around the island of Montreal, at times outside Montreal.

No training required. Candidates can be selected to receive free training in the workplace with the help of the Workplace Learning Program (PAMT: Programme d’apprentissage en milieu de travail). A certificate of competence is delivered by Emploi-Québec at the end of the training period.

You must be good at manual work, physically fit and enjoy team work.

Work schedules for day/evening/night work, full or part-time, during the week or weekend.

ASP Health and Safety on Construction Sites certification card will be an asset.
